Skincare Routine

My skin is sensitive and combination (more oily). I look extremely hard into the ingredients that I put onto my face. These items are all AMAZING values for what you get. And they’re under $15!  This post includes affiliate links that keep this website running (thank you!). Scroll down for full routine info.

AM Routine

My morning skincare is super easy. I simply take a cotton round (did you know there are reusable cotton rounds now?!) and apply micellar water. Once that dries, I take another cotton round and use the Thayer’s toner. Next, I apply the hyaluronic acid serum.  I’ll carefully apply the eye cream with my ring finger.

Then, I’ll add one drop of the facial oil to my favorite tinted moisturizer.

If I’m not wearing makeup, or my face is feeling extra dry, I’d use my pacifica moisturizer on it’s own.

If you’re wondering why I don’t have an SPF listed, it’s because both my tinted moisturizer and my finishing powder have SPF in them. On the days I don’t use these, I have the Aveeno Mineral Face SPF for sensitive skin….buuuut it breaks me out and my tinted moisturizer doesn’t. So mostly I wear that.

Easy Peasy done in a minute Easy!

PM Routine

My PM routine depends on if I’ve worn makeup that day. If I have worn makeup that day, I’ll use the cleansing oil on my dry face to remove my makeup. This has been a gamechanger for me. I decided to stop using makeup remover wipes for sustainability reasons. My skin is SO sensitive that I never though I could find a good cleansing oil, but this korean brand has the perfect one for me (and hopefully you!). So I use several pumps, rub that into my skin and then rinse off.

Once rinsed off, I use my face wash….or the micellar water if I’m feeling lazy. Then I’ll follow up with toner. Next I’ll use four drops of the facial oil . Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss my full review of the ELF All the Feels Facial Oil. I’ll either leave my face with that or use my pacifica coconut moisturizer if my face feels dry. Then finish with eye cream and done!
