Meal Plan + Grocery List 2/10/18
Woohoo! It’s time for another weekly meal plan and shopping list. I’ve been terrible at posting these, but honestly we’ve never done better with our meal planning/grocery shopping. Read my post here ALL about meal planning Paleo/Whole30 & shopping on a tight budget. It’s comprehensive. But if you just want to know what we’ll be eating, then keep reading!
Meal Plan
- Monday
- Breakfast – Ham/Veggie Hash – recipe may be on the way depending on how this turns out
- Lunch – leftover Roasted Duck (Sunday’s dinner)
- Dinner – Creamy Seafood Pasta (Dairy Free)
- Tuesday
- Breakfast – Ham/Veggie Hash
- Lunch – Leftover Creamy Seafood Pasta
- Dinner – BLT Night w/Sweet Potato Fries
- Wednesday
- Breakfast – Ham/Veggie Hash
- Lunch – Leftover BLT & Sweet Potato Fries
- Dinner – Homemade Pizza Night (Dairy Free for me, going to attempt this DIY crust)
- Thursday
- Breakfast – Ham/Veggie Hash…note, in my Meal Planning/Prepping/Shopping post I explain that breakfast is our one “repeat” meal through the week to keep things easier.
- Lunch – Leftover Pizza
- Dinner – “Breakfast for Dinner” – going to attempt making DIY Bisquick
- Friday
- Breakfast – Ham/Veggie Hash
- Lunch – some type of leftovers. There’s always something.
- Dinner – Unplanned/Family Date Night!
Grocery List
If it isn’t on this list, that means the ingredients/items were already in the fridge/pantry/freezer.
From ALDI:
- Shrimp
- Gluten-Free Spaghetti
- Beefsteak Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Eggs (2dozen)
- Marinara Sauce?
- Ground Sausage
- Shredded Mozzerella
- Biscuits & Gravy ? (hubby’s request)
- Butter (a few because I’m going to make my easy ghee)
- Cocoa Powder
- Baking Powder
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- Yeast
From Sam’s Club
pssssst, since I’m bringing the toddler along I’m using the Free Store Pickup. Aka, I order online and then it’s ready to go. Saves time and helps us avoid impulse purchases!

- Dish Soap
- Crunchy Peanut Butter – they don’t have the large containers at Aldi
- Bread
- Flour
From Meijer (Regional Grocery Store)
The hubby is going to get these items
